We are very lucky to live in the gourmet food bowl of Tasmania. Every season brings wonderful, fresh, and varied produce, much of it organic and after a long winter we are always excited about the beginning of the fruit season which brings an incredible variety of delicious fruit.

This year we have begun our preserves food label which we hope will ensure you are able to extend your connection with us and take home a little of our Valley to share with friends and family.
