Tipee West
For a truley unique Tasmanian experience, cosy up for a weekend in our glamping Tipees. Styled for comfort, they are a little bit quirky and a whole lot of fun. Strong timber frame, layered with canvas and sheet metaland has allowed us to build within the natural bushland without major clearings. This allows privacy and a close connection with the peaceful surroundings. 50 minutes South of Hobart, this Tasmanian glamping experience combines adventure, comfort and nature at a competative price.
Inside, the tipees are funky, and super snuggly, with a soft Queen bed and an excess of fluffy cushions. The floor is a carpeted solid timber, with lockable glass door. Complete with cosy wood fired heater and a retro CD player with a selection of music, you wont want to leave. There’s also a small covered deck outside the front door for you to enjoy a bevvy, regardless of the weather. There is room for an extra person if required.
A short, one minute walk takes you to the communal hot showers and private outdoor bath or the entertaining area and shared kitchen with oven, small fridge and BBQ
